If your issue is one that we can’t help with, we’ll tell you—and make suggestions on who can help. We only work with a small number of clients at any one time, so we want to be sure we’re right for the job before making a commitment.

If we decide to work together, we confirm the expected outcome of the project, the work to be completed, and a fixed fee. Your cost won’t change unless we mutually agree to add to the project.
